Public service work may be a condition of a juvenile or
adult offender’s sentence of probation, conditional
discharge or supervision. The Court may also convert a
defendant’s fines to public service work at an hourly rate
determined by the Court.
Public service work can only be
performed for a not-for-profit organization. Coordinator of
